font-size: 1rem;\">La Associaci\u00f3 de Joves Agricultors (ASAJA) busca atraer consumidores concienciados con la alimentaci\u00f3n saludable, de temporada y de proximidad.<\/strong><\/p><p>La Associaci\u00f3 Agr\u00e0ria de Joves Agricultors, ASAJA, acaba de abrir su primer comercio f\u00edsico en Catalu\u00f1a, en el que se puede llenar el cesto con productos agr\u00edcolas y ganaderos de proximidad directamente de los productores, un hito que es la culminaci\u00f3n de un largo camino de esta asociaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>ASAJA fue pionera en Catalu\u00f1a en 2013 con la creaci\u00f3n de una tienda virtual de productos agr\u00edcolas y ganaderos de temporada. Es el proyecto <strong>\u00abKil\u00f3metro cero, hecho junto a casa\u00bb<\/strong>, que cada vez atrae m\u00e1s consumidores concienciados con la alimentaci\u00f3n saludable, de temporada y de proximidad.<\/p><p>El siguiente paso era vender estos productos en una tienda f\u00edsica.<\/p><p><em>\u00abVimos que, tal como se hab\u00eda encarecido el transporte para llevar las cestas a ciudades<\/em> <em>como Barcelona, Lleida o Tarragona, y como que el proyecte &#8216;Kil\u00f3metro cero&#8217; hab\u00eda ido muy bien a los productores, el paso siguiente era hacer una tienda presencial. Este era el reto que ten\u00edamos.\u00bb (Rosa Pruna,<\/em> <em>presidenta de ASAJA)<\/em><\/p><p>Un reto que se ha hecho realidad en una tienda situada en la <strong>avenida Sarri\u00e1 56 de Barcelona<\/strong>. All\u00ed se pueden encontrar frutas y verduras de temporada, pero tambi\u00e9n aceites, vinos, cavas, mermeladas, huevos, miel, todo tipo de carne, <strong>l\u00e1cteos como por ejemplo leche, quesos, yogures, reques\u00f3n&#8230;<\/strong> legumbres y tambi\u00e9n embutidos, como un jam\u00f3n hecho en Balaguer.<\/p><p><strong>Del campo a la tienda<\/strong><\/p><p>Unos veinte campesinos y ganaderos de ASAJA venden desde ahora sus productos en esta nueva tienda.
