para defender <em>La Bona Llet<\/em><\/strong><\/h4><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>En los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os, el consumo de leche de vaca se ha reducido en m\u00e1s de 10 Kg por habitante y a\u00f1o. Los productores y transformadores de leche de vaca, cabra, oveja y b\u00fafala, representados por la <em>Associaci\u00f3 Interprofessional Lletera de Catalunya (<\/em>ALLIC), atribuyen esta bajada en parte a falsos mitos y creencias sobre la leche. Por eso han puesto en marcha \u201c<em>La Bona Llet<\/em>\u201d una iniciativa que tiene por objetivo poner en valor la leche y sus derivados. El sector se lamenta que en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os las bondades nutricionales de la leche (como fuente de prote\u00ednas, vitaminas y minerales) hayan quedado enmascaradas detr\u00e1s de falsos mitos o verdades a medias.<\/p><p>La introducci\u00f3n al mercado de las bebidas vegetales represent\u00f3, seg\u00fan ALLIC, el inicio de las <em>fake news<\/em> de la leche, puesto que durante mucho de tiempo tambi\u00e9n se les permiti\u00f3 nombrarlas \u201cleche\u201d, cosa que confundi\u00f3 a los consumidores y adem\u00e1s ha quedado en el imaginario colectivo.<\/p><p>El sector quiere reaccionar con \u201cla verdad\u201d. Por ello ha impulsado <strong><em>Labonallet.cat<\/em><\/strong>, un portal web con noticias, publicaciones, estudios, recetas o actividades relacionadas con la leche y sus derivados, que cuenta con el apoyo del Departament d\u2019Agricultura, Ramaderia, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3. \u201cQueremos que La Buena Leche sea un espacio de referencia y de consulta y un punto de encuentro de todos quienes estamos vinculados con este producto, incluidos los consumidores\u201d, aseguran desde ALLIC.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><u>El Juego de <em>La Bona Llet<\/em><\/u><\/strong><\/p><p><em>La Bona Llet<\/em> propone un juego para adivinar algunas verdades y mentiras que han calado m\u00e1s o menos en la sociedad. Se trata de un juego de cartas en el que la cara nos muestra un titular que puede ser mito o realidad, como por ejemplo que somos los \u00fanicos mam\u00edferos que consumimos leche despu\u00e9s de la lactancia o que tenemos que dejar de consumirla para bajar de peso, entre otras. Al dorso las cartas muestran la soluci\u00f3n, acompa\u00f1ada de una explicaci\u00f3n. El objetivo es ver, con todas las cartas de cara, cu\u00e1ntas verdades o mentiras somos capaces de identificar.
