Las reglas europeas solo permitir\u00e1n etiquetar como leche o queso aquellos productos l\u00e1cteos de origen animal y no suced\u00e1neos puramente vegetales, como pueden ser la leche de soja, avena o almendra, o alimentos a base de tofu.&nbsp;<\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">As\u00ed Bruselas da la raz\u00f3n a los que esgrim\u00edan como argumento para vetar ciertas denominaciones que estas pod\u00edan<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">&nbsp;llevar al consumidor a la confusi\u00f3n<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">&nbsp;respecto de la verdadera composici\u00f3n y naturaleza de ciertos alimentos veganos y vegetarianos que, por sus ingredientes, poseen unos&nbsp;<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">valores nutricionales diferentes<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">T\u00e9rminos como \u201cleche de almendras\u201d o \u201cqueso vegano\u201d ya est\u00e1n prohibidos en la Uni\u00f3n Europea, pero esta enmienda proh\u00edbe el uso de expresiones como \u201cproducto vegetal de estilo yogur\u201d o \u201calternativa al queso\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">Este texto aprobado por los eurodiputados introduce una serie de precisiones en dicho reglamento sobre los conceptos de &#8216;leche&#8217; y &#8216;productos l\u00e1cteos&#8217;. As\u00ed, la enmienda establece que las denominaciones recogidas en la normativa \u201c<\/span><em style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">no podr\u00e1n utilizarse para ning\u00fan otro producto<\/em><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">\u201d y adem\u00e1s \u201c<\/span><em style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">estar\u00e1n protegidas frente a todo uso comercial directo o indirecto de la denominaci\u00f3n<\/em><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">\u201d con respecto a \u201c<\/span><em style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">productos comparables o presentados como sustitutos que no respeten la definici\u00f3n correspondiente<\/em><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">\u201d y \u201c<\/span><em style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">en la medida en que este uso se aproveche la reputaci\u00f3n de dicha denominaci\u00f3n<\/em><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">A eso a\u00f1ade que los productos l\u00e1cteos deben quedar protegidos de \u201c<\/span><em style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">toda usurpaci\u00f3n, imitaci\u00f3n o evocaci\u00f3n, aunque se indique la composici\u00f3n o verdadera naturaleza del producto o servicio o vaya acompa\u00f1ada de los t\u00e9rminos &#8216;estilo&#8217;, &#8216;tipo&#8217;, &#8216;m\u00e9todo&#8217;, &#8216;producido como&#8217;, &#8216;imitaci\u00f3n&#8217;, &#8216;sabor&#8217;, &#8216;sustituto&#8217;, &#8216;parecido&#8217; u otros an\u00e1logos<\/em><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">\u201d. Incluso,&nbsp;<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">no podr\u00e1n incluir, por ejemplo, que son una alternativa sin lactosa<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;
