Es una iniciativa de INLAC para impulsar los l\u00e1cteos como parte de una dieta equilibrada.<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-21f52bb\" data-id=\"21f52bb\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-88a8e6f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"88a8e6f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En el \u00faltimo trimestre del 2019, la Interprofesional L\u00e1ctea, INLAC, puso en marcha la iniciativa \u201c<strong>Generaci\u00f3n L\u00e1ctea<\/strong>\u201d una campa\u00f1a financiada con la ayuda de la Uni\u00f3n Europea (UE) para fomentar la presencia de la leche y de los productos l\u00e1cteos en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda de la poblaci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de otros h\u00e1bitos saludables como la pr\u00e1ctica deportiva. Y es que los l\u00e1cteos son icono de una cultura generacional con la que muchas personas nos sentimos identificadas.\u00a0<\/p><p>La campa\u00f1a dispone de una p\u00e1gina web, <a href=\"https:\/\/generacionlactea.eu\/\">Generacionlactea.eu<\/a>, con informaci\u00f3n completa sobre la leche y los l\u00e1cteos, as\u00ed como v\u00eddeos, concursos, recetas y consejos de la mano de m\u00e9dicos especialistas, como el <strong>Dr. \u00c1ngel Gil<\/strong>, doctor en Biolog\u00eda, catedr\u00e1tico de Bioqu\u00edmica y Biolog\u00eda Molecular de la Universidad de Granada y presidente de la Fundaci\u00f3n Iberoamericana de la Nutrici\u00f3n (FINUT). Gil explica que <strong>no se tendr\u00edan que desterrar los l\u00e1cteos en el marco de una dieta equilibrada ya sea por modas, falsas creencias o mitos, sobre todo si se tienen en cuenta las evidencias cient\u00edficas sobre sus beneficios<\/strong>, como por ejemplo que aporta el calcio que es necesario para el desarrollo normal de huesos y dientes. Los l\u00e1cteos enriquecidos con vitamina D tambi\u00e9n contribuyen al mantenimiento de \u00e9stos en condiciones normales. Adem\u00e1s, la vitamina A, presente en los quesos, ayudan a mantener las mucosas, la piel y la visi\u00f3n en condiciones normales. Una de las publicaciones internacionales m\u00e1s prestigiosas en el \u00e1mbito de la nutrici\u00f3n y de las ciencias biom\u00e9dicas, <em>Advances in Nutrition<\/em>, apoya estos beneficios (<a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/advances\/issue\/10\/suppl_2\">clica aqu\u00ed para ver la publicaci\u00f3<\/a>n, en ingl\u00e9s).<\/p><p><strong>M\u00e1s de 6.000 visitantes en el bus de la leche<\/strong><\/p><p>A primeros del presente a\u00f1o y antes de que la pandemia del Covid-19 nos encerrara en casa, un autob\u00fas ha llevado toda la informaci\u00f3n y los beneficios de los l\u00e1cteos por m\u00e1s de 15 ciudades de toda Espa\u00f1a. Los visitantes, m\u00e1s de 6.000, han pedaleado m\u00e1s de 11.000 Km en bicis est\u00e1ticas y se ha dado atenci\u00f3n nutricional personalizada y recomendaciones de actividad f\u00edsica seg\u00fan la edad. Tambi\u00e9n se han realizado degustaciones de productos l\u00e1cteos en la zona de <em>showcooking<\/em>.
